Sarvodaya Institute of Educational Leadership and Training seeks to provide professional development for teachers and principals with opportunities to enhance their pedagogical and leadership skills to become highly effective educators and school heads. SIELT will assist schools to become highly effective learning communities.

The main objective of this wing is to provide professional development programmes such as workshops and seminar for Educators, Managers, Principals Teachers, Educational Administrators etc. Programmes can be arranged for parents and students of High school and higher classes. SIELT will provide short term programmes, 2-3 days seminars and one day training workshops/sessions for the target groups as under :-
